He trailed off. Something seemed to be pressing on his mind- his optic turned floorwards, squinted, peered up sideways at her, managing to convey an incredible amount of guilt for something that was basically just a metal sphere with an eye in it.
“Can I just say, before we go any further, that I’m… I’m really sorry. For everything. I’m sorry I was such a, a monster, I’m sorry I was so demanding and pushy and… er, well, murderous. To you. I was wrong, you were right, I never should have tried to run the place by myself, and I… well, I’m just…”
He paused, searched for a better, sharper, smoother, more convincing way of putting it. Gave up.
“…sorry.”
I drew a thing awhile back and just got it scanned. I’m a doof and forgot about the Long-Fall Boots, so that’s why Chell’s wearing regular boots.

I think I was watching one of Emy’s Let’s Draw videos at the time, and I needed a warmup sketch, so I drew Hue and Rose! ^_^
Ffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu these pencils are taking a long time.
I was away from my home computer for a few days, so I took my tablet along with me and played around with an open source art program called MyPaint. I like the simple controls! I did some sketching to get used to the program.
It’s time like this I wish my netbook’s screen were a bit taller, since I’m so used to working on a screen with a 4:3 ratio. I’m not sure what place MyPaint will have in my creative workflow, but its nice for a portable sketching program.

I decided a sassy self-portrait was in order. I’m looking rather dapper today anyway, since I went out with my boyfriend and his family for his father’s birthday dinner at a fancy restaurant.
I happened to be watching the episode of Futurama where Fry learns he’s a billionaire and throws a party with everyone wearing top hats, and here we are.
