This piece is my take on a James Thurber cartoon from his autobiography, “My Life and Hard Times.” It’s appearing in a gallery exhibition during the month of June at Wild Goose Creative, along with pieces from lots of other local cartoonists who are also reinterpreting other Thurber cartoons.
