Did some gentle heat styling, and it looks pretty close to how my hairdresser did it on Saturday. I don’t own any hairspray, so we’ll see how the shape holds up over the day. ^_^;;

Well, now I know that my hair takes about 10-12 hours to air dry like this. My hair hangs on to moisture really well, and it’s not uncommon for the very inside to still be damp at the end of the day if I decided to put it in a wet bun in the morning.
But WOW I have curly hair. That is different.
This was really a test run for this weekend. I’m going with my mom to visit some extended family and I thought it would be fun to do something with my hair.
I really want to try pin curls at some point, but I don’t own any bobby pins.
