Some Addendums:

In junior high school, the Star Wars name game I learned gave you both a first and last name.  My SW name by this is Alehe Dotol, and it’s a good thing I remembered it so I can reverse-engineer the rules.

Given Name: First three letters of your first name + first two letters of your last name.
Surname: First two letters of mother’s maiden name + first three letters of your hometown.
