I’m having the darndest time finding which episode this cel came from. Haruka wears this outfit in 99, but I didn’t spot it when I watched her scenes. (Douga was a bonus present, unrelated to the cel, though I’m fairly certain it’s Michiru’s mug.)

Anyone else got a lead?
