The first of 8 commissions for my Kickstarter backers. Queen Nehellenia is my favorite SM villain. DAT HAIR, Y’ALL.
I tried out watercolor brushes for the shading on this piece, and attempted to emulate the look of Naoko’s artbook images, with the liberal use of bright highlights. :D
Was Sailor Moon SuperS REALLY that bad? What were the problems with it?
