Those gratuitous turns the girls do in the middle gif are killing me. As is the fact that Usagi DOESN’T do one. Like she tried ten times and just kept tripping and falling on her face and so the executive decision was made to just have her stand there because IT’S THE OPENING TITLES FOR OUR REBOOT USAGI COULD YOU NOT
Rei and Minako were already whipping Makoto and Ami with their hair. Adding Usagi’s ponytails to that could only have led to a hairstorm.
ALSO the girls on each side turn the opposite way, though all at different times. Rei and Mako turn to their left, and Ami and Minako turn to their right.
