Today on the blog: a recipe for my Oma’s chocolate and red wine cake! This complexly flavored cake is filled with grated dark chocolate, red wine and a dash of cinnamon. It’s a perfect way to change up the standard chocolate cake.
I got a little gross with it this week and made Stranger Things waffles. Buttermilk waffles with dark chocolate pudding and, you know, a lot of edible slug slime.
It tasted as delicious as the Upside Down is revolting.
