Chris pointed out that only one of my sushi buttons is vegetarian, so I have now obliged with anthropomorphized vegetable proteins.

Last week, I went over to Chris’s one morning to hang out for a bit and give him a haircut, and we ended up cooking together since I was hungry.  We followed this recipe for lentil and potato curry, and it turned out pretty good.  The flavors could have been a bit more bold (a bit more salt, maybe?) but it was tasty and VERY filling.  I only finished about 2/3 of my bowl.

Anyways, I took these pictures with my phone and forgot about them until now, but I remember telling Chris I was totally going to tumbl this. ^_^;
