The wonderful tumblngkori gave me this cel last weekend at the con!Ā It’s Haruka from episode 107, “Art is an Explosion of Love! Chibiusa’s First Love.”
The douga was apparently stuck to the back at some point, as there are remnants of it embedded in the paint on the back of the cel.Ā Sadly, it seems that the douga was destroyed however long ago.
Whenever I get it framed, I think I’m going to recreate the background painting myself so it has something to look pretty against!

Iām having the darndest time finding which episode this cel came from. Haruka wears this outfit in 99, but I didnāt spot it when I watched her scenes. (Douga was a bonus present, unrelated to the cel, though Iām fairly certain itās Michiruās mug.)
Anyone else got a lead?
