Profile: Brian Osley by *TheRazorKid

[Image description: A drawing of Brian Osley, a chubby caucasian man.  He has short, light brown hair, is wearing glasses, and cutoff jean shorts with no shirt. His chest bears a long, Y-shaped scar from his waist to either side of his collarbone, implying his torso was cut open at some point.  His left foot appears to be infected with something, as there are many red veins that emanate from his toes and travel up his calf nearly to his knee.  Two additional drawings to the right are of Brian’s head/face in other expressions.]

WARNING: HUNK ALERT

(Do kids still say hunk?  Or did that finally die when Sailor Moon beat it into the ground?)

(Crap, I’ve forgotten to write image descriptions for the last few image posts.  Better go fix that.)

She’s so cute!

[Image Description: A series of 6 nude figure sketches of a chubby, pale-skinned woman with short, layered hair.  She has a kind expression.  Some are from the side, others are from the front showing the creases of her flesh in various positions such as leaning and stretching.  They are rendered in muted colors against an olive green background.]

i go to the university of memphis, and walking home from my class this evening, i saw these signs. i’m sure there’s more all over campus but these are the ones i saw. it really hurt my heart reading them. because i know i’ve had major self esteem issues in my life, and i’m sure most of you have too. we’ve all been there and we all know how it feels. the one that really got my attention was the one about how girl’s self esteem peaks at age 9. and i thought ‘that can’t be accurate…’ but then i thought about it, and i’ve felt self conscience about my body/face as little as second grade. that’s about 8/9 years old. i just hate this. everyone deserves to feel beautiful. no matter what gender, weight, height, hair color, skin color, OR ANYTHING. we’re all people, we all have feelings, and we’re all beautiful.

A photo of my boyfriend and I from a Halloween party last Saturday!  I found this adorable purple kimono dress on clearance for something ridiculous like six dollars.  I layered a black skirt underneath it since it was a bit short and jersey can ride up like a mofo sometimes. ^_^  I’m also wearing my definatalie Fat Necklace!

I think I’m looking really cute.  Thanks, Fat Acceptance!

Words to express and  words to conceal.

To create a dream or describe the real.

Words to engage and words to reject.

To be in agreement or to curtly correct.

Words to make love and words to make war.

To hide what we know or share what we saw.

Words meant to sooth and words meant to fight.

To darken a day or lighten a night.

They’ve no life of their own or are worth e’en a cent,

But that which we give them with certain intent.

To use them with care with our own inner light

Whenever we use them to speak or to write

Is a goal for all people, but one hard to achieve-

When internal impulses appear on our sleeve.

Words are forever and words can be lost.

They seem to be free but can carry a cost.

Knowing and caring are two different things-

As is being aware of what words can bring.

Words can sing and words can cry-

To express our deep feelings or reject and deny.

How we use them defines our own way

To all those who read or hear what we say.

AMAZING.

Outfit from April 9, 2011

Dress: Domino Dollhouse sz. 22
Necklace: Paperelle @ Etsy
Sandals: Avenue sz. 11

This dress was almost sold out by the time I ordered it (as my birthday present to myself!) so it’s a size smaller than I would have liked to get.  Hence, it cinches my torso in quite a bit!  I simply couldn’t resist it’s cupcakey wiles.

I’m super excited about my Strawberry Dress!  I can’t wait to draw it.  I’m hoping it will come in time to wear it to a wedding I’m going to the first weekend in October. ^_^

As always, your model is 5’7" and 265 lbs.
