Outfit from 5.28.2011

Dress: Lane Bryant sz. 22/24 (borrowed)
Belt: Lane Bryant, don’t know size (also borrowed)
Sandals: Avenue sz. 11
Fat Necklace: Definatalie

Wore this to my cousin’s wedding last spring.  I didn’t have anything new and exciting to wear, so I borrowed things from my sister.  Luckily we’re similar sizes, though she is a bit shorter than I am.  She’d actually hemmed this dress due to her height, so on me it was more like a minidress!  With the belt, I totally had a Joan Holloway caboose on me.

The bow is there because I made the decorations for my cousin’s car for after the ceremony.  Ribbons and bows EVERYWHERE.

Shirt: Pure Energy (Target) sz. 3
Fat Necklace: Definatalie
Skirt: Merona (Target) sz. 3
Stockings: Lane Bryant sz. C/D (They were originally tights, but I cut ‘em off and they’re stockings now.)
Legwarmers: Xhiliration (Target)
Shoes: Crocs sz. 10

Back on the OOTD wagon! o/

I got two new outfits drawn while on my lunch break last night, so I inked them up when I got home.  (I will hopefully color and post the second one tomorrow.)  I tried something new and inked them with a real actual brush and pot of ink, too!  And I only smudged this one in ONE place! ^_^;;

Anyways, my favorite part of this (both the outfit and the drawing) is from the knees down. DOSE LEGWARMERS.

No one will ever take my legwarmers away from me. *clutches them to the chest*

Wore this out to dinner on Thursday night for my 5th anniversary with my boyfriend, Chris.  We went to a Southern Indian restaurant for their dinner buffet, which was really interesting!  The meal started out with 6 courses of little appetizers that were 2-3 bites each, and then there were various curries and other things at the self-serve part.  Along with bottomless mango lassi.  I almost needed a cigarette after that meal, for reals.

A photo of my boyfriend and I from a Halloween party last Saturday!  I found this adorable purple kimono dress on clearance for something ridiculous like six dollars.  I layered a black skirt underneath it since it was a bit short and jersey can ride up like a mofo sometimes. ^_^  I’m also wearing my definatalie Fat Necklace!

I think I’m looking really cute.  Thanks, Fat Acceptance!
