webcomichell:

@alexheberling, my fellow podcast/tropecast co-host, webcomicker, and occasional (like once a year) drinking companion stands tipsy yet victorious in front of the skeeball machine we conquered at this year’s Penguicon.

For the full story (or as much of it as we can remember, anyway) tune in to this morning’s Tropecast at noon EST on The Webcomic Beacon.

Reason #57839 to go to Penguicon: arduino skee-ball and the Cupcake Dress.

I’M SO EXCITED FOR THE GEEK PROM THIS YEAR YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

Also I have no memory of this picture being taken.  Thanks, Barfleet!

I’m so tempted to replace my Birthday Bash dress with my correct size.  I could probably sell my current one to recoup some of the cost, it’s just in need of a couple repairs.  (The bow came off after a raucous night of clubbing and it should probably be cleaned.)

Could be my Christmas gift to myself? oxo

Outfit from April 9, 2011

Dress: Domino Dollhouse sz. 22
Necklace: Paperelle @ Etsy
Sandals: Avenue sz. 11

This dress was almost sold out by the time I ordered it (as my birthday present to myself!) so it’s a size smaller than I would have liked to get.  Hence, it cinches my torso in quite a bit!  I simply couldn’t resist it’s cupcakey wiles.

I’m super excited about my Strawberry Dress!  I can’t wait to draw it.  I’m hoping it will come in time to wear it to a wedding I’m going to the first weekend in October. ^_^

As always, your model is 5’7" and 265 lbs.

I wore my Birthday Bash dress to Penguicon last month, so it’s been featured in several of my comics about the convention.  There’s an official OOTD in the works– I’ve got it inked, I just need to apply the colors, but here’s a preview!

Also, if you want to follow my comic on Tumblr, you can!
