Hey, Alex, did you go to art school or are you self taught?
I have a bachelor of fine art from Ohio State. :) My school didn’t have a cartooning program, so I concentrated in Art & Technology and learned how to make holograms and robots.
But before and since, the majority of my comics technique has been self taught.
Wait, if that’s not a peach pencil, WHAT IS IT?!
I only had a 12-color basic set on me, so it’s a mix of orange, light brown, red, white, violet blue for some of the shading, and LOTS AND LOTS OF BLENDING with a colorless blending pencil.

HOW. I can’t even make a simple block on Sketchup! -___-;
GRANTED, this is like five hours of work on a model that already had the first floor complete. (I made the first floor months ago.) I watched a bunch of tutorials on YouTube and I worked from a real floor plan.
But DANG those roofs were ridonk.
