So I wrote and animated this tutorial for people working on my short film Bothered, but I figured it would be useful for all animators, particularly beginners. I borrowed some of these concepts from this awesome packet done by Jon Hooper and Michel Gagne, which is also pretty great!

I heard about the Pomodoro Technique a couple months ago from folks here on Tumblr, but I hadn’t actually tried it until this afternoon. MyTomatoes.com is really easy to use and keeps track of your work, and I’ve churned through Monday’s Hues page like nothing.
Jesus, if I’d started using this months ago, I’d have a book finished. O_O

This is one of the projects we’ve been working on. It’s an actual cosplay-sized pen! The gold cap comes off, and the ink is replaceable.
Since these take a long time to make, whether or not we go forward and make some of these pens depends on how much interest there is. So reblog and share if you want to see more of these! ♥
