Just in case anyone needs a visual aid: Go to adblocker -> Filter Preferences
Next to ‘Ad Blocking Rules’ click on ‘Actions’ -> Show/Hide Filters
Click ‘Add Filter’ -> Type in “www.tumblr.com##.takeover-banner-link” (without the parentheses) then click close.
