Awfully nice of them to do your principal’s job for him. I almost called into work for the preavengers marvel movie marathon at AMC. I may have only not gone because tickets were sold out at all the theaters around me.

My school couldn’t really even do anything about it, since my Mom was WITH me at the movies, was also quoted in the newspaper article, and obviously knew where I was, so it’s not like I didn’t have my parents’ permission. They just shook a finger at me and let me know THEY DID NOT APPROVE HOW DARE YOU SKIP SCHOOL TO WATCH LORD OF THE RINGS YOU HONORS STUDENT GRRR.
(Also this was a student body of 1500 and there were four deans, so YEAH a lot of delegating went on in the administration. XD)
